co-ops
Warren Lewis currently has two studios in the Center Slope for the same price of $290,000 and unless we’re missing something, the President Street one (at top) looks much more desireable than the 8th Avenue one (at bottom). Do you agree?

  1. actually, I slept on a murphy bed for 3 years and enjoyed it. It’s a great ammenity to have in a studio apt.
Ground floor apartments are considered a plus for active seniors who want to age in place and not have to deal with the hassles of a walk-up.

  2. It’s worth noting that the one with less charm (i.e., the non-pink one) DOES have a much lower maintainance — less than $300. That’s a huge factor, especially for someone who is stretching to buy their first place (as you’d expect with a studio).
