You can go check out the open house at this Willow Street one-bedroom this weekend…as long as you’re not a broker. The location is killer and the fourth-floor apartment has nice prewar details that appear to be in good shape. The kitchen is so-so but the bathroom is a classic. That said this is not a huge place — no place to stash a toddler here. How does the asking price of $468,000 strike you?

  1. I also love that style of old New York bathroom with the rounded tub and white tiles. I would replace the sink, though.
The floors in that place are really pretty too.

  2. This price in Brooklyn Heights?
Do they think they are in Fort Greene or something?
No way that location is worth it, gotta be in a more desirable area like Red Hook or Bed Stuy.
Plus it’s so close to the BQE and subways run all underneath that area.
I mean, it’s OK but it’s no Myrtle Avenue.
