Here’s a nice-looking apartment at the Clinton Hill Co-ops. It’s one of the nicer ones we’ve seen there, actually, with two decent-sized bedrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen area (floorplan). Throw in the views and light that come with the high-floor location and it’s looking pretty good at the asking price of $438,000, don’t you think?

  1. I don’t know about that. I chose the North campus over the South because I like the amenities on Myrtle. The security fencing is really just a remnant from the past. It can be a pain but it does keep the courtyard private.

  2. Generally the North Campus (between Myrtle and Willoughby) is considered less desirable than the South Campus (between Lafayette and Greene). There is more trouble with crime in the area, and you have to go through a bunch of security gates to get into the North Campus. Also it’s a lot farther from public transportation (and the B54 bus is terrible).

  3. Clinton Hill Co-ops have lower selling prices and higher meintenance than other CH buildings. Also the size of the complex is a factor – some people prefer a smaller building. I like 360 Clinton and 277 Washington.
