there is a studio in that building that is over priced as well and has been on the market for almost a year. Its not a bad building in a pretty good location. would be better if it was on the other side of underhill. I also believe they have a full time doorman which is rare for the area
Is tight if used as a real two bedroom….and price is not so good for footage. And feels like it might be dark…. And no great place for a dining table…
BUT, not bad…if price came down maybe $50,000. Maintenance IS low. And it looks pleasant.
