Co-op of the Day: 24 Montgomery Place, #2

Actually, that was a white jacket for an 80s theme party. But I’m sure your Miami Vice look is just as stunning as your Joe Camel(toe).
Back to the property at hand: I think the floor is really beautiful, but with sooooooo much dark wood, albeit NICE wood, I can see what later generations tended to paint over woodwork. It can get a bit oppressive. I’ve often wondered if the finishes were quite that dark a century ago or if they darkened with age.
andy, thought he looked distinguished in the jacket. it just needed a pipe(nh, h).
The nerve of you, CGar. After I’ve gotten you into some of the finer homes.
^^^ Fish + barrel + Uzi ^^^
I don’t know about “stunning”. DeLepp and CGar certainly thought you looked drunk in it. But, yes, I can vouch that it still fits.
“I actually had it out of the closet a few weekends ago and it still fits.”
Too easy…
“Yes, Nomi, late to the party, but not late enough to stink up the scene, per my role in these parts.”
Dirty job….
