This one-bedroom co-op at 121 Pacific Street in Cobble Hill would make a pretty neat bachelor (or bachelorette) pad. The one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom apartment has 14-foot ceilings with a mezzanine bedroom overlooking a large living area with bright, big windows. The asking price of $729,000 doesn’t seem exorbitant, but the place has been on the market since November for $729,000 and hasn’t been snapped up yet so one can only assume it’s not a steal.

  1. Buyers are certainly going to count the sq. footage as livable space and that’s what’s going to matter. It looks like most of the units in this building are the similar setups. They’re asking is wishful thinking.

  2. Very nice renovation, and very nice location, but this is a 500sf studio. Even if it were in the West Village, this would be optimistic pricing. Not exorbitant, delusional is the word you’re looking for.
