This floor-though co-op at 106 Prospect Park West just hit the market with an asking price of $625,000. It’ll be interesting to see if it can fetch that price. Building location and architecture are top-notch, and the living room is pretty darn impressive too; the kitchen was recently renovated and looks in nice shape though we think they should have gone with some lighter finishes. The bedroom feels a little cramped. Does this package merit over $800 per square foot? We shall see…

  1. $625K to live in a twelve foot wide basement apartment? (It’s definitely the ground floor; the car parked outside is higher than the floor.) Are people nuts?

  2. It’s fine I guess and no more narrow than you’d expect for a brownstone floorthru. But from the photo of the living room, it looks to be on the ground floor. That’s gonna bring the price down.
