While we’re not loving the kitchen cabinets, the rest of the apartment has great bones; it’s also on a high floor and looks out over the park. And, given that the apartment is 1,670 square feet, the monthly maintenance is quite low at $1,169. There was an open house yesterday. Did anyone go?

But the building is so out of context! How can you support this scar on the neighborhood? Think of how beautiful it could be if we demolished this monstrosity!
