This one-bedroom at 2 Grace Court in Brooklyn Heights is pretty slick for a prewar apartment. The crown moldings appear not to have made the cut, but the original floors are a nice foil to the modern kitchen and built-ins. The maintenance of $949 comes in at around a buck per foot (the apartment is 905 square feet) and the asking price is $645,000. For comparison’s sake, a one-bedroom on the fourth floor (which, judging from its maintenance is quite a bit smaller) recently sold for $439,424. Beautiful building and killer location!

  1. Great layout !!!

Windows in all the rooms, a real space for the table with 4 chairs, walls where you can actually put furniture.

I give this a thumbs up in my book !!!!

  2. Wow, 11217! As usual, you’ve found some incredible apartments. I absolutely love that Pacific Street loft! (Maybe Mr. B. should hire you?!?)

  3. All the windows face south so it must be a very sunny apartment. Obviously originally laid out with separate living room, dining room, and kitchen. It has been redesigned to be one big space. Some prefer that I suppose, although I like the original pre-war floorplans.
