What’s a garden worth? That question will be implicitly answered by the sales process of this ground-floor unit at 415 St. John’s Place in Prospect Heights. The apartment itself—a two-bedroom, one-bath affair—is quite nice, but it’s asking $645,000 and is only about 900 square feet. The twist, however, is the private yard that comes with the apartment. This outdoor space is over 800 square feet. The maintenance is an entirely reasonable $750 per month. Think they’ll get their price?

  1. I have a lovely, but small 2 bedroom apartment for sale. Its on the Corcoran.com website and its only 449K…check it out! And its on St. Johns place. This is in prime Prospect Heights.

  2. This is not a true 2 BR. It is a modified one bedroom with not a lot of floor area. this is certainly not what a small apartment like this is fetching in outer Prospect Heights. The self-serving propaganda on this site never ceases to amaze me.

I was just told i have no entry id.

so i will probably post twice.

Stoner, either you fix your server or you will have even fewer posts. you’re killing yoirself here kid.

  4. Yes, this is what a 2 br in PH costs. Perfect starter apartment in a great area for couple planning a family. In 5 years when the first kid is outgrowing the small bedroom or when the 2nd kid comes along, they’ll buy a house. At that point they’ll sell you this place for over $1M and you’ll feel like a fool for thinking you wouldn’t pay over $400k for it.
