I’ve heard it is LEED-SILVER and under the New Construction LEED program which is tougher than the new Homes LEED program.
Yesterday there was a slough of posting about the Co-op of the day (Grace Court) not being a true 2 bedroom because the 2nd bedroom didn’t have a closet!

What do u mean? The website is very informative i think and teaches no green “experts” about the development. They arent selling style here unlikeeverything else in williamsburg. aptsandlofts did a good job with the concept
