Green building seems to be translating into greenbacks at the Greenbelt in Williamsburg. According to the marketing literature, the eight-unit, LEED-certified new development will mean 40% less energy consumption and 30% less water. Asking prices range from $575,000 for a one bedroom to $809,000 for a two bedroom. With one unit in contract and four accepted offers, there are just three slots left, all two-bedrooms ranging from $699,000 to $769,000. Have any readers been to check this place out?
