This floor-through apartment at 88 Quincy Street in Bed Stuy (not Clinton Hill as the listing claims!) just hit the market with an asking price of $657,000. The layout is exactly what you’d expect from a townhouse apartment — kitchen, dining and living in the front with one big and one small bedroom in the back. While the exterior of the townhouse is very charming, there’s very little (as in none) original detail left in the apartment itself. The renovation looks fine, though points off in our book for shiny granite countertops and baseboard heating. What do you make of the price for this location?

For 840 per square foot some central air would be nice.
okay team corcoran.
what’s your point?
We’re not talking about “other places.”
you know, there are other places to look for property than corcoran.com. you could pick up buildings in bed-stuy all day long for $500k in 2010.
That unit sold for 446K in 2007, so I doubt the whole building would have been quite that cheap ion 2010.
wrong.
3 years ago the entire building would have been $450k!
