It looks sensibly laid out and nicely renovated so it’ll be particularly interesting to see how it does on the market. The asking price for this particular unit is $467,000. We’re guesstimating that the entire unit comes in at around 800 square feet, putting this price safely above the $500 a foot mark. We shall see!

  1. Hm…..not a fan of open plan kitchens, and these islands aren’t the greatest, but I like this apt. They made good use of the space. It is small, but it’s in move-in condition. I’m sure these will find a buyer. Though you can buy a whole house in move-in condition in a good part of Bed Stuy starting at $520,000 to $600,000. With a renter and low taxes, your carrying costs could be less. But there’s a lot more maintenance involved.

    Also the bathrooms aren’t any fancier than usual, but I really like their original materials choices. So cute! The designer on this one should pat themselves on the back. Nice job.
