675 Sackett Street doesn’t have the prettiest exterior in the Slope but the interiors, while not historic by any stretch, are clean, light and well laid out. This particular unit, a 1,290-square-foot two-bedroom on the second floor, has a big wall of windows in the living room and a pair of side-by-side bedrooms at the back; there are also two bathrooms. (Floorplan here.) Given that the building was built just a few years ago, common charges are still super low: $510 a month. Given all that, and the good location, the asking price of $899,000 seems pretty realistic.

  1. what boerumhillscott said. all depends on that square footage number being right. if that’s BS, then not priced right. otherwise, just under $700 a foot sounds on the money to us.
