The Satori, the 34-unit new construction condo, had the misfortune to launch its sales effort just as the market was heading into the crapper in 2008. Most of the units ended up selling, though it took a while. This second-floor unit, from the looks of it, ended up getting rented back in 2010 after failing to sell. The one-bedroom pad (a mini loft plus mezzanine) has just gone back on the market for $669,000. Given the fact that it’s got almost 900 square feet and high ceilings, we suspect this’ll get pretty close to ask. Agree?
