Remember the Classic Modern? That was the name of the eight-unit new construction project at 268 Cumberland Street. The condo development was one of the few bright spots in the market back in 2009 and now you can get another shot at living there. Unit 3A, a large one-bedroom, has just hit the market asking $829,000. It’s a very nice-looking apartment with a great kitchen and lots of windows. Still, that’s over 900 bucks a foot. We shall see.
