It takes some chutzpah to market a two-bedroom condo asking $1,569,000 as “affordable,” but that’s what they’re doing with this 18th-floor pad at 2 Northside Piers. Don’t get us wrong, it’s a big apartment (1,234 square feet) with great views and all — we just wouldn’t call it affordable! On a per-square-foot basis it’s pretty reasonably priced though. And with a 25-year tax abatement in place, the monthly common charges of $891 are quite low. We suspect this’ll move pretty quickly.

yeah – there’s one more edge building going up where Smorgasburg used to be – not sure if it would block the views of this bldg though. having a hard time envisioning it
no – last one is already there – and it’s infront of 1 but next to 2 – so if anything south views would be blocked partially.
