153 Lincoln Place, a former brothel in Park Slope that was converted into condos, sold out two years ago but in case you missed it the first go-round one of the units has been back up for resale since April. After selling for $992,793, the new asking price started out at $1,249,000 but was reduced a couple of weeks ago to $1,199,000. We’re not wild about the finishes in this building (traditional but without the charm of the authentic) but this is a family-sized apartment in a beautiful old building in a great location, so someone’s bound to pounce. Assuming that the square footage count of 1,422 is correct, the price per square foot of just under $850 is not crazy in this market.
