Condo of the Day: 100 Jay Street, #18H

This three-bedroom condo at 100 Jay Street just hit the market with an asking price of $1,495,000. Given the high floor, it’s no surprise that the views are impressive and given the young age of the building it’s no surprise that all the finishes still look as good as new. Our only quibble is the size of the living room–it feels a little skinny to us for something in this price range. In fact, we think the move here would be to take out the middle bedroom and create a really big living area. That would make for a killer pad.
