The asking price is $1,275,000, which is a little less on a per square foot than the two other listings in the building. What do you make of it?

There are no slanted bedrooms. And the layouts are fine.
This is one of the artist occupied units.
The units renovated by the developer have high end kitchens and bathrooms. The kitchens have Wolf ranges, Bosch dishwasher, Sub Zero frig, and high end German cabinets. The Bathroom are marble, floors and walls up to five feet and are huge.
Am I missing a floor plan? How do you know about slanted bedrooms?
“the places that were finished by the developer have fairly high end new kitchens and bathrooms, but the rest of the inventory is all over the place. ”
ah – makes sense – i was wondering why this one didn’t have the obligatory wolf range with the red knobs that are in the other listings.
“in general I love this building.”
yeah – me too. can’t think of any other condo bldg i’d rather live in in the nabe if i had the means.
layouts are horrible. would have been better to have just one giant space and the owner could put the walls up where desired, with just the wet walls allocated…obviously pipes have to be in the same line.
the slanted bedroom walls are retarded, some of the bedroom sizes are not so great either.
the lower psf relative to the other listings in the building is reasonable… the developer didn’t control all the units. some were fully tricked out, others mostly raw and some like this one are in between. the places that were finished by the developer have fairly high end new kitchens and bathrooms, but the rest of the inventory is all over the place. in general I love this building.
Or rent the place on Dean for about the same amount.
DH, I knew you wouldnt be issuing your “baller” praise on this baby.
nice staging in the kitchen
