Remember the Rialto? The 31-unit development sold out back at the beginning of last year, but you’ve been kicking yourself for missing out first time around you’ve got another shot: The first resale at the Northside development has just hit the market. Like many ground-floor units in newer buildings, this one has high ceilings, a mezzanine and lots of square feet (1,425) for the price ($895,000). On the flip side, it’s on the ground floor. Location—on North 5th Street just off Bedford—doesn’t get more central for The Burg.

the ground floor anywhere but on grand or bedford is fine. it’s not that noisy. we’re on a “busier” street than this, and it’s never loud.
Looks like an office park in Scranton.
I believe this apartment based on the shape of the windows is on the North 4th side of the building, no bodies.
blech !!!
“Just over $600 a foot? They gotta be taking a pretty big hit with this one. Wonder why they hate it.”
My guess based on the kids room, is that a 1 bed with a mezzanine gives parents no privacy.
I wouldn’t want to live on the ground floor anywhere, but especially not in prime northside williamsburg.
I see dead people
Place looks pretty nice, the floorplan is user-friendly for a couple with one kid, or a couple with guests, but the street level views, both in and out, would just suck!
“This one is facing the funeral home. I don’t think you want to live in a building that faces dead people.”
If that’s the case, avoid buying anywhere in Brooklyn Heights.

On Streeteasy it looks like the original asking was 795k (can’t see what it closed for).
