Its tapestry brick facade is studded with neo-Classical details including diamonds, squares and arches. The unit opens to a small foyer and long hallway with two closets.

Parquet with a distinctive checked motif runs through most of the apartment, as does crown molding, low paneling and picture frame molding. There are windows on three exposures and French doors.

The living room has two windows and is about 17 feet long. A niche could be turned into a large closet or house a Murphy bed. The floor in this room may need a bit of patching, photos show, and the paneling under the windows could use restoration here and in other rooms.
