That’s around $1,221 a square foot for the 3,273-square foot unit, which initially sold for $2.96 million in February 2009, according to public records.

Listed by Sotheby’s brokers Michael Morgenfruh and Lisa Maysone, the unit carries common charges and taxes totaling $3,734 a month.
