After briefly flirting with a price of $2,175,000 earlier in the summer, Apartment 4B took a short vacation in August, only to emerge for Fall last week with a new price of $1,925,000. It’s a really beautiful three-bedroom apartment in one of the Slope’s best doorman buildings. And, post-price cut, it’s only $25,000 more expensive than the same apartment one floor below. (That one, which we covered a month ago, is mighty good-looking as well.) Thoughts on this price for 2,000 square feet of prewar goodness?
