First of all, the apartment is on the second floor near a pretty busy intersection; secondly, the second bedroom doesn’t have any windows. Still, given the location, good condition, open layout and total square footage, we suspect the seller will be able to get pretty close to the asking price of $969,000.

And the broker claims it could be turned into a 2 bed/2bath with home office?! I don’t know how she can claim that, pretty ridiculous.
