We’re loving this place even more now, though who knows whether the price per square foot will fly. There’s an open house this Sunday at 12:30.

Less than 5 minutes to Newkirk Plaza shops and renovated express B and Q station, right across the street from the excellent PS 217, a zero minute walk to Oxcart Tavern, it is a little overpriced, but not much.
