This floor-through townhouse apartment has been on the market since Thanksgiving, its $865,000 asking price evidently a bit too rich for buyers. It’s a very attractive apartment with lots of original details and a nice, new kitchen. The main problem with most brownstone apartments is the small second bedroom, and this place is no exception. Still, given the architectural pedigree, the central Park Slope location and the good condition, this place should have plenty of takers at the right price, whatever that is.
