This studio at 30 Clinton Street is the cheapest place we’ve seen in Brooklyn Heights in quite a while! As far as we can figure, the $159,000 listing clocks in at around just 250 square feet, which makes the asking price reasonable on a per square foot basis but the $511 maintenance a bit pricey. The location’s sweet and the building exterior charming too.
