It’s a real two-bedroom in a nice (if not prime) location that’s had a tasteful renovation and appears to show very well for under $500,000. (Not by much–the price is $499,000–but still…) Having three exposures is nice too. The 725-square-foot apartment has a monthly maintenance of $741. There was an open house yesterday. Did anyone go?
