This apartment on the 10th floor of the Clinton Hill Co-ops began life as a one-bedroom, but more recently the eating alcove was annexed for a second bedroom. That’s bad if your priority is entertaining but good if you need a place to stash a baby or toddler for a couple of years. The price of $329,000 sounds about right, especially since this apartment has nice views. Maybe there’s a little room for negotiation but enough of these units change hands that the prices pretty much are what they are.
