The Brooklyn Heights pad has had a tough time finding a buyer but we suspect that’s all about the price. The house came on the market a year ago asking $695,000, was later reduced to $635,000 and more recently settled in at $598,000. Given the location, the prewar charm and the views, this is starting to look attractive, don’t you think?

seems like a lovely apartment in a full-serve building for someone who can afford it.
the layout first and foremost, then the ceiling height, the herringbone floor, the large windows. I have been in this building, the lobby has black mahble columns.
