This co-op at 2 Grace Court is one of the more generously-sized one-bedroom around and ain’t too hard on the eyes either. The Brooklyn Heights pad has had a tough time finding a buyer but we suspect that’s all about the price. The house came on the market a year ago asking $695,000, was later reduced to $635,000 and more recently settled in at $598,000. Given the location, the prewar charm and the views, this is starting to look attractive, don’t you think?

  1. the layout first and foremost, then the ceiling height, the herringbone floor, the large windows. I have been in this building, the lobby has black mahble columns.
