Co-op of the Day: 182 Saint Marks Avenue, #2

What do you make of this floor-through co-op at 182 Saint Marks Avenue in Prospect Heights? It’s certainly an attractive apartment on a pretty block (proximity to Atlantic Yards notwithstanding). It even feels like a bigger floorplate than most brownstones. So we’re sure this’ll appeal to plenty of people. The question is whether the apartment, which traded for $700,000 in 2009, can fetch its current asking price of $775,000. Only time will tell.
