This two-bedroom co-op at 169 Park Place in Prospect Heights is very attractive, due in large part to its parlor floor location and the presence of original details. It has the usual drawbacks of a brownstone floor-through apartment–single bathroom and small second bedroom–but appears to be in good shape and is also within feet of Park Slope and only a couple of blocks from Prospect Park (or Grand Army Plaza, at least). Nice pad. Asking price: $609,000. Maintenance: $472.
