This new listing at 125 Eastern Parkway ain’t big but, at $235,000, does offer a chance to own a place in a prewar building on the park for relatively little money. As far as we can figure, the studio is no more than 350 square feet. The whole deal swings on what the view is like out those two windows in the main room — and from the photo it’s impossible to tell. What do you think?
