If this new listing at 10 Plaza Street in Prospect Heights were a real two-bedroom, the asking price of $600,000 would look like a pretty good deal. Given the great views, convenient location and modest maintenance fees, it still might be reasonable. That second bedroom is really more of an annexed dining alcove though, which would work great as a home office or small child’s room but is a stretch as a grown-up bedroom. Still, for a childless couple, this could end up being a great pad.
