(To clear up some confusion, this is a different project and developer from 95 Lexington.) To date, eight of 32 units are in contract. There haven’t been any price cuts recently but the sponsor has a deal on the table to pay one year of common charges for anyone who signs a contract before June 1. The average price per square foot of the listings is $533, according to StreetEasy. There’s an open house from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

I have an irrational like for that building, despite the gigantic kitchens and acrylic tubs. The spaces feel very nice. Were we in a position to buy… eh, I don’t know.
I lived in a loft building on the next block on Lexington fifteen years ago. It was was one of the most fun places I ever lived. Then there were a lot of Pratt students and some working artists in the surrounding buildings and blocks. Some of them still live there.
It is in the heart of Clinton Hill if you wear your heart on your sleeve and are hailing a cab.
The bf and I looked at these (curiousity only) a month or so back. The spaces were cute – and we loved the top units with decks. NBeighborhood will be very different if they are ever sold or rented.

This building is not “in the heart of Clinton Hill.” It’s the 79th Police Precint – Bed-Stuy. My wife used to have an artist’s studio in this building and that block was a crazy open drug mart.
