The five-unit condo conversion at 66 Lexington Avenue on the Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy border just hit the market about ten days ago. The three 2-bedroom, 2-bath units on the upper floors are all priced between $475,000 and $495,000 and the two lower duplexes (which look like they aren’t for the shy) are priced at $399,000 and $450,000. The finishes look of decent quality though the bathrooms aren’t really our style; the corner location gives the living space a lot of light and air.
