29 South 3rd, the four-story Williamsburg development that went on the market this March, has had some recent price cuts. The one-bedrooms, which clock in at 864 square feet, were initially selling for $548,000 and have dropped to $500,000, according to StreetEasy. The two-bedrooms also got slapped with 10-percentish reductions: One unit that was once priced at $893,000 for 1,514 square feet is now selling for $799,000, and some smaller two-bedrooms are going for as low as $599,000. Enough of a price drop or are they still aiming too high?

  1. you will have a decent view from the roof
until 5 ugly super dense mega towers go up on the domino site dwarfing the historical domino building, dwarfing the Williamsburg bridge, dwarfing the only decent park on the southside, blocking the view of Manhattan for all neihbors including this condo, huge congesting of traffic with all the new residents mostly with cars on tiny neihborhood one way streets and years of major construction
meh, wish domino hadn’t been bought by those bankers
