The Post is reporting that there’s been some interest in the 7,000-square-foot quadriplex at One Main Street in Dumbo. Not surprisingly given the $25 million price tag and the bling factor, the list of interested parties has included a couple of bold-faced names, most notably Jay-Z and Ralph Lauren. Yes Rob because it is realistic to expect that a 7000 sq ft penthouse apartment with private elevator, stainless steel staircases roof deck and the best views in the world would be affordable by a public school teacher or a mailman.
