Children's Gym Taking Over High-Turnover Corner in Carroll Gardens

A Carroll Gardens corner with a lot of turnover is finally getting a new tenant.
My Gym, an activity center and playground for children, will open up a new space at 209 Smith Street, on the corner of Baltic Street. They signed a 10-year lease according to the Commercial Observer, which was the first to report the news.
This will be the company’s second Brooklyn location — they opened an outpost at 367 5th Avenue in Park Slope in 2017.
The Carroll Gardens space was last occupied by the restaurant Burger on Smith, but had been empty for a number of months. Before that, it was occupied by an Asian Fusion restaurant named Faan.
