I AGREE.
The completely modern cabinetry, while not terrible, belongs in a house in New Jersey. Not here. Also, for this kind of money, the buyers should either have a choice or pick out his / her own cabinetry. Seriously, I’m not about to spend a million on the builders choice in cabinetry, which is about the most important thing in the whole entire dwelling.
Also, on the floor plan, lose the small bedroom next to the kitchen and living room, and make it a dining room, because that is what the space is really for.
the outside is horrible as well. there is absolutely zero detail about it, other than the color brown.
rich people love this stuff. look at the renovations of super expensive west village houses.
