The Downtown condo be@schermerhorn is officially sold out, according to a press release sent out yesterday. Back in 2009, things were look pretty bleak for the development as would-be buyers were let out of their contracts and a new firm bought the mortgage on the when the 246-unit property; price cuts followed and sales have been brisk since then. The last condo to sell? A two-bedroom penthouse that was listed for $975,000.
