Mansion tax at 1 million.
Typical price for the Bushwick house.
Invisible – I think the mansion Tax kicks in at $999,001.
Funny how people, The Ususal Suspects, Hammered the sunset house place back in August and said it would never sell and was overpriced by 20-30%. Widget was around $607K.
Correct me if i’m wrong, but don’t you still have to pay the mansion tax at $999K? Maybe that extra thousand makes one feel better at night. Love that quiet WT neighborhood though.
Yes, Sunset Park house is nice, but a few years ago sellers were hoping for prices around the million mark. Still, holding on better than say, Bed Stuy.
