At Cozen O’Connor, Fisher represents clients dealing with the mayor, City Council, Economic Development Corporation and City agencies on issues of land use. Project include Midtown Equities’s Empire Stores and Two Trees’ 60 Water Street, among others.
The Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corp.’s Dunston works with local government, investors and other groups to preserve and develop affordable housing.
