This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Bed Stuy, and Marine Park. How did they fare?

First up, this renovated brick row house is in the Cobble Hill Historic District. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $7.5 million, which was $975,000 less than the asking price.

In Park Slope, a two-family row house has an upper duplex with a garden rental. This former Open House Pick entered contract in March.

An 1890s brownstone that still has some details intact, this Bed Stuy two-family has room for some updates as well. This former House of the Day is still available.

Finally, this petite-appearing Marine Park Tudor has curb appeal, while inside it is unexpectedly spacious. This former House of the Day sold in May for $1.305 million, which was $94,000 under the asking price.
