This week’s top listings are a mix of recently renovated luxury homes — you’ll recognize at least one that’s been holding strong — and celebrity homes we revisited in our top Brooklyn celebrity sales of 2015.

10. Last week’s No. 4 drops to the bottom of the list. Over on Monroe Street is a renovated two-family, this one offering a triplex over a garden rental. The four-bedroom triplex has a master suite that takes up an entire floor, with a walk-in closet and a terrace. We’re not loving the finishes on this one, but it’s got a pair of decorative mantels and a fair amount of space.

9. This Clinton Hill townhouse, which was last week’s No. 7, has an open plan and lots of exposed brick — which we don’t usually go for, but it works well here. We also like the simple style of the bath, and the fireplace in the dining area. It sold in August for $2,150,000, as noted in a recent Open House Picks follow-up.

8. Singer, actress and Bed Stuy native Norah Jones was the secret buyer of the carriage house at 172 Pacific Street in Cobble Hill, which was featured in the film Eat, Pray, Love. She purchased it under the name of an LLC in July for $6,250,000.

7. This single-family Gowanus home, which moves up a spot from last week, has a plain interior, but could be customized. When listed in June it was a relative bargain, with an ask just over $1,000,000, but was taken off the market in September, as noted in a recent Open House Picks follow-up.

6. In July, Golden Globe-winning actress Michelle Williams closed on the most prominent house in Prospect Park South — a move we would not have predicted for such a famous actress. The gigantic Colonial Revival mansion at 1440 Albemarle Road had been on the market for about a year, most recently asking $2,450,000.

5. After a week at No. 9, this one jumps back to the fifth spot. This three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom apartment on the cusp of Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens feels similar to a parlor floor in a brownstone. The apartment features a layout that that allows for privacy in each of the three bedrooms. The separate living and dining room areas feature tall ceilings and original woodwork.

4. In Bed Stuy we’ve got last week’s No. 2, a two-family house on Halsey Street, set up with a three-bedroom upper duplex and a two-bedroom rental, with a basement rec room. At 17 feet wide it’s not huge, but it’s been nicely renovated, including updated mechanicals and roof, and has an inviting look to it. Good location as well.

3. This four-story, four-unit Queen Anne–style row house is unusually large — 3,845 square feet spread across four floors. The exact layout is a mystery since there is no floor plan, but according to the the listing it has nine bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home, at 1397 Dean Street, is just a few blocks from the Kingston-Throop stop on the C train.

2. Last week’s No. 10 rockets to No. 2. This three-bedroom Park Slope co-op is nicely appointed, and offers a sensible layout with room for a family. Situated at 404 6th Avenue between 7th and 8th streets, it’s got some original details, including tin ceilings and the huge carved pier mirror in the living room.

1. For the third week, this newly renovated Bed Stuy brownstone holds its spot at No. 1, offering something you don’t see every day — a swimming pool. And not one of those low-rent above-ground round numbers, either, but an actual in-ground heated swimming pool in the rear, laid out with stone-tile decking and a white canopy. Also in the not-your-average-bear department: The basement has been turned into a movie screening room, with an overhead projector and surround sound.
