Our picks for open houses to see this warm spring weekend offer a smattering of original details, varying conditions and a garage between them. Spanning Carroll Gardens, Bed Stuy, Sunset Park and Flatlands, they range in price from $799,000 to $2.95 million.

First up, in Carroll Gardens this Italianate brownstone with an unusually deep front yard appears to be well kept and in move-in condition. The two-family is set up as a floor-through apartment over a duplex. The latter has three bedrooms on the parlor floor, one with a marble mantel. The duplex’s only bathroom is located on the garden floor and has a shower but no tub. A large vintage-style kitchen in the duplex has professional style stainless steel appliances, white cupboards and white tile to the ceiling. It’s priced at $2.95 million.

In Bed Stuy, another Italianate townhouse has been modernized yet retains four marble mantels, an original staircase, and other 19th century woodwork. The wood frame house has a new Hardie exterior, the garden floor has been opened up, and the bathrooms are new. The single-family also has central air, built-in bookcases and a landscaped backyard. It’s asking $1.999 million.

In Sunset Park, a rarely available brownstone in the historic district has original details and also appears to be in move-in condition, although the kitchen and bath pictured could use some style updates. A two-family, it’s configured as a floor-through apartment over an owner’s duplex. The house has three original wood mantels, plaster details and built-ins. The mature, landscaped backyard has a patio and wood deck. It’s listed for $1.475 million.

In Flatlands close to Amersfort Park and Flatbush Avenue, this early 20th century wood house has a bungalow feel and a garage. The semi-detached single-family house has a sunroom, living room with a fireplace, dining room with stained glass and a coffered ceiling, and kitchen on the first floor. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen appears to date from the 1970s and looks worn, and the bathrooms are not pictured. The basement is finished, according to the listing, and the backyard has a deck. It’s asking $799,000.
