There are only a handful of photos for this circa 1909 Renaissance Revival-style limestone in the Crown Heights North Historic District, but there are glimpses of plasterwork, mantels and molding. The legal two-family has an owner’s duplex with a top floor rental. It sold to an LLC in June for $1.55 million and is now back on the market. The listing notes that the property “needs work.”
