Our picks for open houses to check out this weekend are found in Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy, Bay Ridge and East Flatbush. They range in price from $1.399 million to $3.6 million.

In the Clinton Hill Historic District, an 1870s brownstone Italianate has grand proportions and many original details. The estate-condition two-family is set up as a double duplex and in need of renovation. Features include tall arched doorways, decorative plaster, arched marble mantels and staircase. The parlor floor includes some early 20th century mantels, wainscoting and a coffered ceiling.

In Bed Stuy, an 1890s Queen Anne brownstone has many charming details but could use some polishing. The three-story single-family has a well-preserved facade with colorful bay window with iron cresting, the original front door and a strappy cornice. Inside are wood mantels with colorful tile, plaster details, parquet and six bedrooms. The kitchen and one bathroom shown are updated although not recently. It was a House of the Day in 2019 but did not sell.
