Oh dear, Brooklyn. Our Open House Picks from six months ago are taking their time getting off the market, with two properties still listed for reduced prices, while the other two have sold.
The most expensive pick, a three-family brownstone in Bed Stuy, close to the Clinton Hill border, is still on the market. Its $3.2 million ask is now down $200,000, to $3 million.
More moderately priced, a three-unit flipped townhouse with vinyl siding in Ocean Hill is also still on the market, its $1.2 million ask down $5,000 to $1.195 million.
The second Bed Stuy home, a two-family townhouse, sold in February for $1.485 million. That works out to be $14,000 less than its initial $1.499 million ask.
The least expensive pick was a two-family brick home in Canarsie that looked to be in very nice shape with a modern kitchen. The property sold in January for $600,000, $25,000 under its $625,000 ask.

227 gates is not clearly not worth $3mm, the seller is not serious they must just be fishing.
Yeah, I don’t get it. on that same block there was a totally renovated place that recently sold for $3m. This listing is a joke.
so what’s your point? this place isn’t totally renovated and it happens to be next door to a huge church (i think) parking lot which is prime for development, not a great selling point in my mind.
